What this looks like when the backlog is measured in shelves

From county archives to university registries, law firms, municipal records offices and clinical groups - see how document restoration is judged by a different standard in each, and holds up to all of them.

How a deployment runs

One pass from damaged shelf to verified record

Restoration and verification fold into a single pass. Nothing reaches the register at Eastport Civil Registry unless it clears its own checks - and what does not clear is visible, not missing.

The challenge

Three floors of permits, land records and civil registration documents were deteriorating in non-climate-controlled storage. Embossed seals flattened under scanning, and security overprint produced moire that defeated the registry's existing scanning software.

The rule that cleared procurement

Anything that fails its check digit does not reach the register. That single rule is why this cleared procurement.

These are illustrative scenarios rather than named customers - composites written to show what a deployment involves end to end. We would rather say that plainly than dress them up as references we cannot verify for you.
