What this usually looks like before us

A registrar's exposure is not a blurred certificate - it is a wrong grade delivered confidently. Transcript figures are read by two independent passes and any disagreement is surfaced, while certificate seals and registrar signatures are held and composited back rather than regenerated.

How it works

Four steps, and it asks you almost nothing

The console looks at the page, says what it found and what it proposes, and does it. You never have to learn the filing system to get the benefit of it.

Step 1

Add

A graduating year goes in as one register rather than a folder of scans.

Step 2

Look

Each certificate is surveyed and its seal and signature regions held.

Step 3

Restore

Grades are read twice, independently, and disagreements surfaced.

Step 4

Finish

Award details export as one CSV, with withheld values in their own column.

How the work is different afterwards

Survey, treatment and verification - the same three things the console shows you on every single page.

Read twice, disagree loudly

Every grade cell is read by two independent passes and any disagreement is marked for review with both readings shown.

Hold the seal

Institutional seals and registrar signatures are composited back from the original, so delivered marks are the originals.

Batch as a register

Take in a shelf of certificates, treat a selection, and export captured award details as one CSV table.

The wrong grade, caught before it leaves

A blurred certificate is an inconvenience. A confidently wrong grade is an incident. Every figure is read by two independent passes and any disagreement is marked for review with both readings shown side by side.

  • Two independent reads on every grade cell
  • Disagreements surfaced with both readings visible
  • Seals and registrar signatures composited from the original
  • Withheld values exported separately from blanks
  • Per-page isolation so one bad sheet never stops the run

Captured award and grade details export as CSV, with withheld values in a separate column, so reconciliation against your system distinguishes a genuine blank from an uncertain read.
